Kerplunk!
Earlier this year, a dear artist friend nudged me toward creating tiny works of art for Art-O-Mat. The idea is irresistible: vintage cigarette machines repurposed into quirky little dispensers of original art. Think art meets kitsch meets pop culture nostalgia. Instant win.
Since then, I’ve made more than a few road trips just to track down local Art-O-Mats, and every time I pull that knob, I’m excited to see what sort of art magic will kerplunk out. My first activity report just came in, and I’m thrilled to share that my miniature creations have already kerplunked their way into Michigan, Colorado, Louisiana, and North Carolina.
